![]() ![]() Dwellers do train faster together, and a wider room just has the benefit of letting you have more dwellers train together. A lone dweller trains at the same speed in a single, double, or triple room of the same level. Training rooms don't inherently give training bonuses just because the room is wider. If using doubles you could do something like 7 level 3 rooms (26 each) and 1 level 1 room (18 each) for 200, or if you want them all the same level 9 level 2s (22 each) would give 198. Level 3 triple living quarters do have the benefit of needing exactly 5 and nothing else to hit 200 capacity though. Per single room space that's 13 on the double and 13.33 on the triple. At level 3 a double provides space for 26 while a triple provides 40. Living quarters on the other hand are barely more efficient. ![]() For the double that's 27.5 storage per single room space while the triple sits at 41.67, just slightly more than a 50% increase in efficiency from the double. At level 3 a double provides 55 storage while a triple provides 125. Storage rooms for example are massively more efficient as triple rooms. That being said, the change in efficiency from double to triple rooms varies a fair bit. Production-wise they're most efficient as a double though. The stimpak/RadAway storage they provide is the same, 10 per single room space, so a triple room and 3 single rooms each provide 30. The only exception are medbays and science labs, which are actually most efficient as a double. Purely in terms of efficiency, most rooms are most efficient as a triple room. Here's a very detailed comment, hopefully it should answer any questions or concerns you have. ![]()
